John Chambers is the Founder/President and CEO of C2 Associates, a unique DoD, DHS and NASA business development services organization of former military, congressional and private industry professionals with the experience, capabilities and relationships to enable rapid development, implementation and fielding of products and services “before normal processes allow.”
During his continuing 41-year career, Mr. Chambers has become a recognized and respected “Change Agent” who has led major program start-ups and company turn-arounds to enable significant return-on-investment (ROI) and increased earnings success. Given his broad range of expertise in strategic planning, market development and organizations infrastructure optimization, as well as operations process and product development, he has correlated vision with capabilities relative to market demand to enable clearly structured growth campaigns to improve market position and operating productivity while critically assessing performance.
Mr. Chambers holds an MBA, BS-Management and four years Architectural Engineering from the University of Arizona. The foundation of Mr. Chambers’ experience is based on seven years in the Air National Guard attached to the 162nd Tactical Fighter Group (now the 162nd Fighter Wing) as a Non-Destructive Inspection Specialist honorably discharged as an E-5 in 1978. Throughout his career, working for (4) Fortune 100 aerospace companied prior to C2 Associates, experience and capabilities has expanded around DoD fixed and rotary wing aircraft production and maintenance, both solid motor and liquid rocket engine propulsion manufacturing for; launch vehicles, upper stages, satellites and deep space systems, as well as OCONUS Overseas Logistics Support and both CONUS-OCONUS Test Range Operations.
